General assembly
The general assembly encloses all members and meets once or
twice a year, preferably linked to an activity with an important
content. The general assembly has the 'highest power of decision'
and sets out the main lines of action.
The members are included in the decision-making as much as
possible. This goes for all cases that require a 'mandate',
such as taking a stand on health policy.
