Conditions for membership
Organisations as well as individuals can become members of the
platform. The objective is to reach as representative
and broad a group of interested organisations and individuals as
possible.
Conditions for membership of the
platform:
- To be active and/or have an interest in international
healthcare, from the perspective of reduction of the
unequal access to quality healthcare and to healthy living
conditions.
- To be active and/or have an interest in cooperation with
countries in the South (developing countries) and in combating
poverty.
- To rally behind the principles and general terms of the 'Health Care for all'
declaration.
This third condition implies involvement in what is moving in
Belgium in the domain of international healthcare.
Should there be doubt that the candidate member does not qualify
for said conditions, a steering committee will discuss this and put
the matter forward at the general assembly.
