Give to gain – Actioning Women’s leadership
As we celebrate International Women’s Day 2026, this ITM alumni webinar will focus on ‘Spoorthi: A Leadership Program for Women in Health’, organised by the Institute of Public Health, Bengaluru (India) at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
Spoorthi is a safe, reflective, and collaborative space for early to mid-career women in health to pause, reflect, learn from one another, and grow with confidence. It is a space for conversation, community, and making sense of leadership journeys together.
In this webinar conversation, ITM alumna Pragati Hebbar and Spoorthi facilitator, will present the initiative and will share insights about the why and what of the training. She will also share some learnings of the first editions of the training initiative as an example of a carefully designed journey combining online preparation, intensive in-person learning, and ongoing mentorship support.
The webinar’s Q&A session will be moderated by Sara Van Belle, senior researcher and lecturer at the ITM Public Health Department.
