As part of our annual tradition, we warmly invite all our members and friends to our New Year event: a moment to share, connect and meet informally.

This year, we will visit the newly established Health Impact Coalition (HICO). The Coalition brings together eight Belgian Be-cause health members (Action Damien, Chaîne de l’Espoir, Handicap International, Light for the World, Médecins du Monde, Médecins Sans Vacances, Memisa, and Viva Salud) and was officially launched last week.

Together, they aim to strengthen impact through collaboration and innovation, working towards strong health systems for everyone, especially for those who still face too many barriers today.

How did this far-reaching coalition come to life? What challenges, enablers and advantages have shaped the process? During the interactive discussion, we will have the opportunity to learn from their experience and get inspired to create more synergy among Be-cause health members and working groups.

We will conclude the event by making plans together while enjoying a drink and a light snack.
