Mr. Foguito is certified in Project Management (PMP) and has 15 years of experience in the community development field, gained in more than ten countries across West, Central, and North Africa, as well as in Latin America. He is an expert in governance, organisational capacity analysis, and the development of strategic and operational plans. He has worked as a governance consultant, notably for GIZ / Backup, FrontLines, MSH, USAID, and Expertise France.

For the past ten years, he has supported various development projects aimed directly at improving socio-health conditions. He has also provided technical assistance and support to civil society in the implementation of projects and policies.
