Kristof Decoster (editor International Health Policies newsletter) joined the institute of Tropical Medicine in 2007. He has a background in political science (KU Leuven), and also spent some years in China. His focus at the health policy unit is on knowledge management and capacity strengthening of young health policy & systems researchers (among others Emerging Voices for Global Health).
