Dr Belyse Munezero graduated in general medicine from the University of Burundi in 2014 and holds a Master in Public Health with an option in Epidemiology. Her areas of expertise are planning and monitoring-evaluation, health research, advocacy, resource mobilisation, health care management, health capacity building, teaching in universities. Throughout her career, she has been involved in conducting research studies, scientific conferences as a lecturer. She has experience in health care management at both national and sub-regional levels. She is a member of the Young East African Research Scientists (YEARS) of the East African Health Research Commission (EAHRC). Currently, she is a PhD student at the University of Burundi.
