Hannes Dekeyser works as Global Health Attaché at the Directorate General for Development Cooperation of the Belgian FPS Foreign Affairs, International Trade & Development Cooperation.

He is liaison for WHO and manages Belgium’s funding to the organisation, including programmes such as the mRNA Tech Transfer Hub and C-TAP. In addition to this, Hannes is working on Belgium’s participation and contributions to the Team Europe Initiative MAV+ on local manufacturing of health products in Africa.
